The Sea Riders are an elite team that patrols Oceana and keeps it safe. Narissa wants to join more than anything. But she's not the only one! To earn a spot at the Sea Rider Academy, Narissa must win an epic sea horse race against some very tough competitors -- including nasty sea nymph Tempestua.
