Daniel O'Dowd causes chaos wherever he goes by being just too loud! Professor McWhizzit is holding an open day for the townsfolk of Hamilton Shady. Over-excited Daniel shouts so loudly that he causes the lighthouse to fall down. Then, the townsfolk see a big rock hurtling towards Earth. Luckily, the Professor has a rocket made from a clock and he knows exactly what can destroy the rock. . . Daniel's voice! Daniel saves the day, but he is so busy shouting that he forgets to listen to the instructions to get him home. Will Daniel remember to be quiet in time so that he can get home?
