Percy wants to join his friends at the park. First he has to help his dad hang signs for the Neighbourhood Fun Run. Along the way, Percy meets the community helpers who make See and Learn City a better place to live, work, and play. When Percy finally makes it to the park, he's excited to tell the gang about his new friends in their neighbourhood.
